You sit down with the family or friend in the summer around the campfire or fire pit. Remember those heart warming stories that are told. The ones about times of that have passed or new experience that have happen in life. These times are getting least and fewer in life because we don’t sit down together at dinner as a family because life gets so busy with running kids to very activity they can cram into one day. Or that both parents are working harder and long just to keep the families fed. I remember sitting with large families during every holiday and telling stories of each other life’s and experience in their city and home to keep us together with what is happening to the family as a whole. Jeff Halevy is a highly successful and even more credible man in the fitness and health industry and you may say, “Oh yeah! I’ve seen him on TV a couple times“. He’s changed lives and transformed bodies of countless clients making his clients have an amazing success story to tell. As it turns out, Mr.Halevy has his own success story. Addicted to drugs, young Jeff Havely overcame the addiction in his 20’s. With the drug habit gone, he traded it for an addiction to cigarettes. At 22 years old and overweight weighing 260 pounds, his father took him to go for a mile jog together.
Halevy couldn’t finish and within 30 seconds of running he was on the ground gasping for air. Embarrassed, ashamed and possibly ticked off at himself, the now fired up and motivated Jeff Halevy left his successful career in business development to become a personal trainer and in 2008, he opened his first gym.
